Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Tags and invoices must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products

• Products returned after 7 days

• Items without original packaging

Return Process

2. Go to Orders

3. Select the product

4. Click Return / Replace

5. Submit the request with reason

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after quality inspection

• Refund timeline: 5–7 business days

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method

COD Orders

For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
